Normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 3:30pm. Please contact the office at (814) 623-7879, if no answer please leave a message as the staff may be with a customer or on another line and will return your call as soon as they become available.
If you have an emergency after hours and need to report a leak or a grinder pump malfunction, please call County Control at 814-623-1105.
The staff may not be able to give notification about service outages after hours, as they are working to isolate the issue and repair. If the System Operators determine there will be an extended period of time until the repair will be complete, the staff will do their best to notify customers and updates will be listed below as they become available.
When there is a planned outage the authority will give sufficient notice by sending a call notification, email notification and placing a public announcement in the local paper and on Facebook.

Service Interruption Updates
2/2/2025 – Some customers on the north side of the system on School Street, Briar Valley Road and Shed Road may have had a water service interruption or low pressure. System Operators were searching for the issue all day and found that a transmission line was leaking at the Bowman Well. Water service should have been restored by 8:30pm.
2/3/3035 – An Emergency One Call was placed and Guyer Brothers is on site to dig and repair. There should not be any service interruptions during this repair however, if there is please be patient and know that they are working as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your patience.
