Normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 3:30pm.  Please contact the office at (814) 623-7879, if no answer please leave a message as the staff may be with a customer or on another line and will return your call as soon as they become available.

The staff may not be able to give notification about service outages after hours, as they are working to isolate the issue and repair. If the System Operators determine there will be an extended period of time until the repair will be complete, the staff will do their best to notify customers and updates will be listed below as they become available.

When there is a planned outage the authority will give sufficient notice by sending a call notification, email notification and placing a public announcement in the local paper and on Facebook.

Please help us with communication and if you change a phone number or email please let the office know immediately. You can either call the office or send an email to [email protected].

We apologize for any inconvenience but ask for your patience during these events. The System Operators work as quickly as possible to restore your water service.
