Payments can be mailed, made online above or put in the drop box located beside our door.
Located at 700 Harmony Fisher Avenue, Ellwood City, PA., Our new office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A drop-box is located next to the front door for payments made after office hours.

Our regular board meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the Authority building at 700 Harmony Fisher Avenue. Anyone wishing to have a matter addressed needs to submit such inquiry or information to the Authority Office at least 5 days prior.
