For sewer lateral permits, inspections, rules and regulations, billing inquiries please contact the office during normal business hours.
Changes for 2024
- EDU rate has changed to $58.00 per month. Customers can offset almost the entire increase by paying the yearly rate. The discount is $22.00 per EDU in 2024. The yearly rate is $696.00 without the discount. If you so choose to pay for the year it must be paid be March 10, 2024.
- Tap Fee has changed to $2700.00
- Connection permit application changed to $100.00
- Lateral Inspection / No lien letter certification is $100.00
- You will be charged $45.00 per shut off notice posted.
- For all reprints of invoices, statements, the charge will be $5.00 pre request.
- Return checks includes return of non-sufficient funds for ACH will be $25.00 plus any other fee
s we are charged from the finance institutions.
- If you own rental property / Properties : Going forward you will be billed directly from LPJMA for each rental’s waste water fees. We will no longer be invoicing the individual tenants.
- Late Fee of $10.00 will be assessed 10 days after the due date on your invoice. This includes all past due amounts from before 2024.
LPJMA has changed the way we invoice you. In January 2024 we sent out 12 months worth of invoices. Please read your bills and make sure you send the right coupon back to the month you are paying. All bills are due each month on the 28th of each month. (ex: for service in March that bill would be due April 28th). The reason we changed was to save over $4000 dollars a year in mailing and administration handling. You can pay as you always have, However we encourage you to pay online with our secure bill pay system at www.diversifiedbillpay.com/v1/linesvillepine a 3% convenience applies Or you can do ACH with us as well, Please call the office so we can get your information. LPJMA maintains a drop box by the flag pole at our office for your convenience for any non cash payments.
Addresses / Phone numbers / Name changes
Not only does the fire dept, EMS, Police need your addresses but LPJMA does as well. Please post your address on your home facing the road so we can find your property. If you don’t know your physical address please contact your Municipality they will be able to help you get it.
Water Shut off’s
LPJMA, Linesville Borough and Linesville water Authority has an agreement for the termination of water if you are on city water and not paying your sewer bills.
