All residential customers will be billed a $65.00 surcharge per quarter.

All commercial and industrial customers will be billed a $65.00 surcharge per quarter per EDU

(1 EDU = 22,750 gallons) and portion thereof over 22,750 gallons based on last 4 quarter average usage.
