Flouride - There is no Flouride added to the water and any amount that would be naturally present is so low that it doesn't reflect in lab tests.
POOLS - The Authority no longer authorizes the filling of pools with our water. If you have an old well hookup you may use that water. Otherwise, you must have a hauler deliver water to fill your pool. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
**billed independently of DAA who provides sewer service only to Franklintown Borough residents and those Franklin Township customers who receive water from Franklintown Borough Municipal Authority.
Water meters are Read & usage is Billed Quarterly per below schedule
9/15-12/15 usage billed by January due February 25th
12/15-3/15 usage billed by April due May 25th
3/15-6/15 usage billed by July due August 25th
6/15-9/15 usage billed by October due November 25th
Sewer for Franklintown Borough and some surrounding Franklin Township residents is provided by Dillsburg Area Authority
DAA Invoices state they are for Water and Sewer, however for those that who receive water from Franklintown Borough Municipal Authority they are only billing for sewer services.
